By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rp66 platform at rp66.vu, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

These Terms apply alongside the rp66 Privacy Policy and all gaming guidelines published on our platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all other documents unless otherwise specifically stated.

2 Account Registration

To make full use of rp66's services, you are required to register a valid user account. During the registration process, you agree to:

Each user is only permitted to own one account only on the rp66 platform. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

Rp66 reserves the right to require users to undergo an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or recent utility bill. Users who fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may face temporary restrictions or account closure.

3 User Eligibility

Use of the rp66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Non-restricted nationality: You are not a resident of or citizen of any country that prohibits online wagering activities under local laws.

4 Deposits and Payments

Rp66 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers. Any additional transaction charges are the sole responsibility of the user.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• No active limits or restrictions are currently imposed on the account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum limit set by rp66.

8 User Conduct

9 Account Closure

Users may close their rp66 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to the user once all required reviews have been completed.

9.2 Closure by rp66

Rp66 reserves the right to close or suspend any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user is found to hold more than one active account.
• The user is unable to verify their identity when requested by rp66.
• Instructions from a competent authority.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rp66 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the rp66 platform.
• Any disruption, suspension, or termination of service.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content.
• Any action or omission by a third party in connection with the platform's services.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of rp66 to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the rp66 platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of rp66 or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the rp66 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rp66 management.

12 Data Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of rp66 users' personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement. By using the rp66 platform, you agree to how we collect and process your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

Rp66 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data communications between your device and our servers. Bank card information and sensitive financial data are not stored directly on rp66 servers — processing is handled through trusted, certified payment gateways.
